The Importance of Output Driven Work
The book outcomes of an output from George Seiden is a great book. But the point there is that teams oftentimes hear this idea of like what it means to focus their work on outcomes and just like as a proof summary. I would add to that, a change in human behavior. And so the way I phrase that is like, so it's about this human behavior,. It can also apply to stakeholders, team members, or supporting departments or their users.
