How to Remember Words in Conversation

Every morning i do reading and listening for maybe 30 minutes or something. I don't worry about any vocabrealy. The only time i will look up a word is if the word comes up several times and i cannot guess from context. In my language lesson, i will ask my teacher if we can practise some phrases together. Another thing i will do is i will summarize the chapter i read from the book. Il give you an up date in a few weeks.
