A Man With No Facial Features, Wearing a Hat

Joshua is a 21-year-old nail from California. He claims to have had two encounters with an unknown man wearing a hat on Mount Shasta in the early 1990s. Josh says he has no idea what was going on, but believes that it may be related to his experiences at mount shasta. If anybody has any similar experiences or insight I'd love to hear about them.
