The Importance of Listening to Your Clients

I think for me, the essential piece of planning prior to the launch is that once you get into the launch, the focus shifts to the new clients. You know, when you're going into a coaching session, you can prepare and read your books and prep and all that. But then when you get in front of the client, you got to just be with the client and then be the coach. And every moment of every day, I am doing the best that I can to just tune and listen to the people that have chosen to listen to me. The game is how many entrepreneurs can we support in making the very best decision for them right now? Yeah.
