When you build something up in your head and then it wouldn't be matching in reality, you took the emotional hit of you felt deflated or disappointed. The image on one side and the disappointment on the other, being more in your act, shivered sensing, hor sensation. And so what you really have to give up is the hih B, but you also end up having the benefit of not having the deflation.
