The idea is you kind of like have to get into the mind of your speaker and think what makes sense based on the patterns that have been set up by the other leg seams. Most conlangs I see do not worry about this. There's a lot of opportunities here to at least cases themselves provide you with an opportunity to express a lot of things that you in a shorter amount of space than you could say in English.
