Use Your Hands Every Once in a While

When you're in front of a camera, all of a sudden they have no purpose. So what do i do with my hands? Another thing is to have an open body language. Don't want your arms to be crossed over or behind your back. And e same thing goes for expression. I sometimes we think will just smile, wilt. Not just smiling. You can speak with your eyes, with your eyebrows, with the way you move your head. It's very natural. Some people say, don't use your hands too much,. But i do believe that you should use your hands every once in a while if you want to make a point - because it's verynatural.
