Do You Know How to Reduce Your Meat Consumption?
You don't need to be vegetarian to mraduce the environmental impact of your diet. What we're trying to encourage is more meat reduction. The national food strategy said that our meat consumption needs to decrease by 30%. And if you're someone who eats meat every day, that would look like two meat three days a week. We're not saying you now cutout overnight, just be vegetarian. Just try to reduce where you can.
