i m there so much external pressure and stuff you can't really control. It's really difficult to train when you know all the kind of evidence suggests that it's never going to happen. And i think that does contribute massively to the feelings of anxiety, for sure. I can really er. That's sometimes i matter. The over the last week was over this week end, that your long run was, was your 20 ye we went over the threshold.
