The Impact of New Business Revenue

In a reasonable size organization, the volume of incremental growth will be sufficient to dwarf new business revenue. If that number drops below a certain point, then you're going to have an ultimately have a growth issue. The only time you need to blend those numbers together is when you submit your tax to the tax office. Aside from that, those numbers should never be added together. When it comes to making business decisions, I can't think of a single decision that would require that you add those numbers together.
