How to Be Respectful in a Post-Pandemic Workplace

Bonnie Lian: We need to keep our hands to ourselves in the workplace. She wants us to be able to laugh with each other, but not at other people's expense. High emotional intelligence is a real plus in this post-pandemic workplace. The stakes are very high as we are trying to create something new. And I think we will do well to choose to err on the side of respecting people and asking them how they're doing.
