Is Progogen a Tool for Putin?
There is little question that for now Progogen is a helpful figure to Putin. Like so many oligarchs forged in the 1990s, Pragogen emerged in a moment of lucrative chaos and he climbed. But if chaos is a ladder, then Pragogen has successfully climbed to the upper rungs. The problem is it's still Vladimir Putin holding at the bottom, ready to kick it all from under him when it suits him.
