My wife is a part time nurse practitioner working with children with sistic fibrosis. She has her clinic two days a week, and that about fills out her hours with extremely complicated cases. And she spends much of her time telling her boss there 're these projects i really just can't get to because what's most important is serving my patience. Well guess what? That's all gone away, with the exception of the most pressing patient visits. So her clinic has whittled down to a couple patients per week. It's that how we get traction on these things that are not urgent.
