The Lessons Learned From the CEO's Hesitancy

I didn't do my homework enough to understand who was on this team and where were the different sources of power in terms of designing the intervention. And so it was really, it was a big miss in that particular session. It ended up in that day becoming quite confrontational. The lesson learned, I think, was very, very different views on hierarchy. This other leader came from a much more hierarchical orientation and really wasn't open to getting feedback as disrespectful.
