Building Songfua and Applying Knowledge Under Pressure

The idea of building songfua is to build a product, measure how that product does and learn something about your underlying assumptions. You perform, you grade yourself on that performance, you figure out what to do differently, and then you go out and do it differently. It's the understanding that it's up to you to run that cycle over and over again that forms the core of the conscious practice of applying knowledge under pressure. To get better at it though, I think that we have to be applying this cycle consistently.
