What tips or can you give us to start feeding the amazing version of you rather than the one that's constantly trying to undermine you? You are in that good mood grasp it but also relish what is making you happy. It's quite relatable though isn't it in the work life or in everyday life you always have those people who make you want to be better than them. And we all need a bit of motivation and kick up our ass on some days
