Coach Education Is Not the Only Tool You've Got
Coaching is a room that you just repaint and actually I'm seeing that playing out a little bit at the moment. It seems to me like the whole industry is beset with and coaching coach the coach education industry is just as bad. Coaches aren't operating in a vacuum they weren't basically saying oh well I've learned all this stuff on my coach education and I'm going to make sure that I do this kind of abusive behavior because it's really what they've told me to do. They're operating in a set of environmental attractors that are extremely difficult to pull against without without being ostracized or losing your job and there has to be some other stuff happening
