Tesla's Stock Price Has Been Down 6% Since Last Week
The world's billionaires have lost nearly $2 trillion in 2022, according to Forbes. American billionaires were hit particularly hard losing a combined $660 billion and Musk lost the most of any individual. This loss comes after the world's billionaires at a total of $5 trillion to their collective wealth between March 2020 and November 2021. Tesla meanwhile is facing mounting competition and is responded by offering American consumers a discount on certain car models and reducing production at its Shanghai plant.
