It's the whole book, as you say, is about new ans whether that's actually how we're using the internet on line. Er. So it goes kind of from not to saying, this is er, you know, this is not just about kind of addiction or anything like that. It's about how can we have a relationship with something that we already have a relationships with and make that better? Yes, definitely. Because there were loss of studies that came bout du ing the pandemic of people who were fall ot with their friends over what's ap. We weren't seeing each other's faces. There was stuff in there about how people thought their friends were annoying on social media
