The Best Metrics Are Sleep and HRV
The best way to measure sleep is via a whoop strap or an aura ring. All of our athletes are wearing these and we have access on the back end. So I can look in real time at my athletes and say, oh, you woke up not feeling well today. That's not on me because in your schedule, you were meant to sleep at 10 p.m. But I see here you got to sleep at 1 a.m., that's on you. It makes them take ownership.
