The Legal and Ethical Challenges of Using Generative AI

The privacy issues are real and they're talking about how when you put information into this you don't really know how it's being utilized by the companies. Used to be we see Italy kind of ban chat JBT3 primarily from what I read on based out of concerns about privacy. And now we've kind of started to draw the line and say well we're not going to give it to open AI. It seems to all be laid at the foot of one application or one particular use of technology.
