The toxicities are very important both the short term but for me I think more the long term. Usually these young patients especially a 22 year old woman would probably tolerate most therapies quite well and you almost feel like you can just kind of motor through the acute toxicities. You worry at least in these patients about the late toxicities because late might not be that late for these patients that you start seeing these toxicities at you know 10 15 20 years. If you're 22 years old when you start and you're havingyou know a four vessel bypass when you're 34 that's a sort of a scary proposition. It may not affect their ultimate survival it's definitely a different survival.
