Identifying an Issue in EOS

EOS uses a tool called IDS to solve issues. The first thing is we identify the issue, and in my experience, we don't do this very well. Don't think because you're accountable for operations, you have to solve it. You're using the power of the greater minds to actually solve that issue. And so once we discussed it, we can then go, right, what is the best solution?
