The US' Defense Spending Is Overkill of Any Kind of Warfare
$886 billion will be spent on defense in the fiscal year 2024 but there is no spending limit on defense. Education, healthcare, housing, the environment, that's $583 billion and $886 billion for war. The United States' defense spending put together with those of its allies is an overwhelming overkill of any kind of warfare that we're likely to experience let alone survive.
