God's Anger Is Simmering Now
God is holding his anger in but it's simmering and the symptoms are there for all to see in a society going downhill. Zephaniah says, look can't you see that God's anger is simmering now? The day is coming when it boils over, when God can't hold it in any longer. When it explodes there will be nothing but justice and judgment.
