Tim Ferriss is brilliant and i think he does amazing work but i don't have that emotional feeling of being inspired by him whereas Ted Lasso who's his inspiration right like Ted Lasso is not going to give me all the quantitative optimizations. I believe that i'm in a unique a unique combination of both where i'm very obsessed with the Tim Ferriss styleoptimizations and the quantification. That's something that i've had to try and curb because i have a very easy tendency to kind of go on the OCD side to follow all that. In this episode, I had the pleasure of chatting with Zack Arnold, an award-winning editor, director, and founder of Optimize Yourself. He's also a father of two and a two-time American Ninja Warrior, which is pretty cool if you ask me. We had a productive conversation about how to pursue fulfilling careers without sacrificing our health, relationships, or sanity.
