Watergate - Is the Justice Department Influential?

The January 6th Committee and the hearings that we've heard so far, how does that influence carry to the Justice Department? In other words, they have a lot of this information. What will the influence be that the committee says, either read our report and you'll find that we've uncovered some stuff or here are some specific people you think should that we think you should charge with such and such crime?"
