Europe is the only continent where both case numbers and deaths are increasing. Nearly two million new cases were reported in europe last week. Two of the hardest provinces, salzburg and upper austria, are going to impose a full lockdown. Portugal state care system has had a robust vaccination program since its battle against polio in the 19 sixties. There's also been this massive testing effort called alis gurgled, which means everybody gurgles.
And why they're easy to find in Europe (though they don't seem to be helping much at the moment).
