How to Transfer Responsibilities to a Podcast Host

Jeff has been listening to min-max since he was at the game informer show or whatever. He is such an awesome person to be around whether it is in a like content context or just like A person standing next to me. The things he gets out of people and like the just smoothness of the transitions between One topic to the next are hard to do, but he makes it look so easy. I can only hope to be as good as you are at this someday.
