What Surprises You About Being a Labour Member?

It was such an extraordinary privilege to work with women and children going through some of the most difficult experiences that any one can go through. I just couldn't imagine representing anywhere else than my home community. For me, that was always i wouldn't have stood had it not been my local seat. It's a period of change for the labour party, and not in a particularly good way. And might be, obviusly entered up on the opposition benches.
