The Next Data Breach From Facebook
The next day to breach comes from mobike, where thousands of users passport and ides were exposed on lines. This was, once again, an unsecured a w s bucket with an easily guessable name. Nobody took responsibility for the breach but it's safe to say pretty much everything probably was stolen. Our takeaways are: If your absolute goal is security, then lack of data is your best approach. And buying things with cash in a store can't really be beat. We both think that this whole industry just can't possibly thrive on in a private way.
