The Importance of Car Throughput and Road Performance
The warrant system would say, well, on a street of this capacity with this many cars, we can't have more than, you know, this many meters between traffic signals. It's incredible how the engineers and the policymakers added transportation services or at an MTO. That's Ministry of Transportation Ontario. If you're listening, it's amazing how they care so much about the level of service and the car throughput. But tons of people dying doesn't seem to matter to them.
