i've seen some great instances where first of all it uses the kind of um learning brand that they've created. on i would say usually it's been by being creative having fun but also using a little bit of humor at times. definitely stay on brand if possible without also again not thinking about too much about you know if it's not perfect uh it's okay and you can always amend it in your next kind of verification cycle. how do we stop being a blocker to people sharing content as an l&d team for me just to give you time to maybe think about the answer  isn't there anything more important than consistency?
