The Role of Narrative Therapy in Working With Transsexuals

Narrative therapy is informed by looking at how problems are always in a cultural context, wit critiquing individualism. It widens the lens in that people what they are experiencing, like, say, their depression, or what's referred to as genders fory, is in a context where transfolts are marginalized and privileged. So i think narrati therapy provides a vocabulary in working with folks who are experiencing marginalization relateit to their identities,. And it allows a conversation to move it beyond like internalizing the problem to locating how what they are struggling with is in an isnormat of culture.
