Polycentric Governments - A New Approach to Sustainable Development
The idea of polycentric governments provides the structure that's needed to go along with the theory. And then they're mo as a group than they ever would be just as an individual. That oience kind of motivates the whole thing psychologically. So we don't want to offer this to street gangs or drug cartels or terrace cells. We want to offer it to groups that actually want to extend their pro sociality up the scale. It's going to be very experimental. As we've just said, nobody really knows what to do. All we can do is make our guesses, and then we have to experiment.
