The problem with micra work is that it happens remotely, so workers rarely meet each other. One of the e solutions i suggest is the worker centre model which exists mainly in the us. These centres would be set up in urban centres where there are great bers of active micro workers and wild provide a space for them not only to work but also talk about their problems.
