Journalling is a way of getting out nature and creating clarity around issues. The thing that's helped me the most is simply just journalling, with no serious structure or framework in mind. If you spend ten to 15 minutes a day doing that, you're like doing that is like a coaching session for yourself. Most people already know what they need to be doing - it's not rocket science.
