What's the Difference Between a Restaurant and a Bar?

Selma is sitting in a big, high-ceilinged room. And there are at least a dozen mismatched wooden tables and chairs. Now up in the ceiling, we've got a lot of things hanging down. We went to India and picked out fabrics and came back and hung them from the ceiling. It just, it all has a lot of character. That's really what it's about.
