Love Isn't Romantic
Adolph was once a romantic name, but now it's not so much. The novel tells the story of a young man who falls in love with an older woman. They have to give everything up because that kind of relationship does not fit bounds of respectable society. And they go together into a kind of private exile from the public world. But after a while, and wolstonecraft could have told them this, the love starts to get a little bit wearing. There aren't borders or barriers or laws that can pull them back.
