Hydrochloric Acid Is the First Line of Defence for Skin Health

Without enough stomach acid, it's very difficult to digest protein and absorb minerals. In certain vitamens like b 12, you're also at an increased risk for food poisoning and other gut infections. If we have mucked up detox bathways in the bodya, that can also manifest as skin issues. We need healthy bile release in order to pull toxins out of our body. And if we don't, if we're not able to break down food or scuozing break down fat, we need bile to mulsify fat. With low stomach acid, we're not breaking down proteins effectively. That can lead to more food sensitivities.
