How to Fly at Night

The Valentine's is a pilot, but our buddy Frederick is a relatively inexperienced pilot. And he's also a young man the year before our story takes place. He had an instrument rating that was considered class four. It meant that he could fly at night when our story occurs or on the way to our story. But only if the weather was nice, what is referred to as visual meteorological conditions.
