Is There a Growth Mindset?

Carol Duac spent 20 years studying different people and doing longitudinal studies about the way, what are the outcomes of people that tend to have growth or fixed mindsets. She found it's bad to have a fixed mindset because you don't want to study for math tests. If you have a growth mindset, if you fail, it's like, gosh, I guess I needed to try harder. What do I need to do to improve that? And so basically growth mindsets correlate with success and happiness, whereas fixed mindsets don't.
