The Governor's Failure to Act on Housing Plan

The New York Times reported that governor Hochl had threatened to veto because she did not like in the plan the inclusion of what is known as good cause eviction protections. According to my sources, there's on there was ongoing concern from the governor's administration about the question of would there be enough around supply of new housing? And we will get into that with Senator Kavanaugh in just a second.
