Jenna: A lot of what I experience is like the hidden or the unknown because right my dad like I keep saying was there there wasn't fear my dad wasn't running us around and and trying to actively harm us so I didn't necessarily have language for why I had fear baked into my being. And you don't have to offer to pay attention to your body. It still will show up now if you begin to actually witness and peel back those layers and observe your thoughts as they come by observes your heart rate when it rises, observe your physical being and how it feels in different scenarios and different experiences. That is your access to all of the wisdom that lives within your body
