The Most Empowering Question I Ever Started Asking
When i first started hearing people's stories, especially on the podcast, and maybe they would tell me a story about someone in their life who was just so difficult, and how they were being treated by this person. And then all of a sudden i became a person who started to question my own stories of this circumstance is so bad. There might be a lot of stuff happening externally. There might been a lot of circumstances that are not pleasant, that i don't like. But i can choose how i experience those hard things by deciding what i am going to make the person, relationship, situation, circumstance mean.
