But it is such a subjective process. Austin now does something where, if you've placed for them, you can take their thar sape readers test that you haf to prove to them that you can do this. Other places approach executives. I don't know how they educate them about their ther a scoring process,. but from what i have seen, you can teach anybody what your scoring is.
