There's an expense associated, certainly, but there's also a huge expense in terms of maintaining some of our concrete environments. I think what so many of us are aiming for are cities in which every neighborhood is really able to live in the environment that they most want to inhabit. And i would like to see a concerted cross city on cross neighborhood effort to empower both community groups and their associated city partners to see these visions through. They are great plans on the books, and we simply need to make sure people have tol and the resources i need to make it happen.
