Constitutional Negotiation - What Is It?
The idea of constitutionalism is riddled with so many tensions and contradictions. You can't come to the negotiating table without an imagination, right? And i think you show that beautifully thrue row's work which is he has an imagination of how provincial legislatures need to be run. But neru doesn't really talk much about aism in the 19 twenties and the 19 thirties for good reason. He was part creating political solidarity, as it were, one could call it that, but not constitutionalism.
