What's the First Priority in a Deal?
There's going to be some restrictions based on the nature of the deal. If there are certain things that can't be said within a certain period of time, that has to be property number one. The less you want to do is run askance of any sort of reglatory requirements. Then it's really about, ok, what does the diothesis call for attempts of realizing this plan? Some things happen sooner than others. And some things, in addition to when they happen, you consider what seplanting look like in order to be able to achieve them in linewt the timing of that.
