The Real Process That Allows for Capital Allocation in Markets
The Fed consistently prints more money, or dially creates it. But the actual incentive to save is having a form of money that can't be saved at different points in time for different horizons. Inflation prevents people from saving and therefore forcing them to go out and take on more risk with their capital,. which results in a lot of capital loss. And you've subverted and short cut it, effectively, the real process that allows for capital to be allocated in markets in a productive way.
